Home Delivery Service brings library materials to Oak Lawn residents who cannot come to the Library due to short term or permanent physical limitations or illness Patrons may also choose to have staff pull items off the shelves ready for pick-up by family, friends or caregivers.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Print and fill out the form and return it to the Library or contact Jane Jenkins or Nancy Dunne in the Customer Services Department, at 422-4990.

Home Delivery Service
Home Delivery service is a mail delivery or pickup service of library materials for Oak Lawn residents of any age who cannot use the library due to physical disabilities or illnesses.
WHAT KINDS OF MATERIALS ARE AVAILABLE? *Books, compact discs, books on CD, and movies are all available. Patrons receiving delivery from staff are limited to items owned by Oak Lawn Public Library. However, if a caregiver, friend or family member is willing to pick up and return the items to Oak Lawn Public Library, we can borrow from other libraries for you.
WHAT WILL THIS COST ME?
There is no charge for this service.
*Patrons with severe vision problems, as well as those who are unable to hold books due to paralysis, stroke, neurological disorders etc. are eligible for free mail delivery of audio books and magazines provided via the Library of Congress.
